The Company was founded on a few basic principles – quality, safety and pride, and those principles carry through today. Because of those principles and our commitment to our customer, we still operate in many of the facilities in which John and Kim first started. Collett & Sons has grown and developed into one of the premier welding and fabrication leaders within the mid-Atlantic region. It is now a second-generation run business, with Justin and his wife Lauren performing and overseeing many of the daily operations. With them, a very dedicated, dynamic and versatile family of employees puts their all into every task to meet and exceed our customer’s needs. We operate a 26,500 square foot facility in Smyrna, with both shop and field fabrication capabilities.
