We currently hold American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certification stamps (previously acknowledged as “U” Stamp) for Shop / Field Design and Fabrication of Pressure Vessels. With an American Welding Society (AWS) Inspector on hand, we qualify all of our Welding Procedures Specifications (WPS) and all of our welders under ASME standards.
Along with our ASME certification, Collett & Sons also holds a National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel “R” Stamp. This allows us to not only make repairs at your facility and ours, but to also offer our customers a valid option to help save the bottom dollar, if possible, and get back up to full production.
We employ mechanical engineers for the design of all components and can produce either 2D or 3D conceptual designs for our customers. This allows the final product / image to be reviewed and accepted prior to release for construction.
